An on-screen age acknowledgement records your declaration; it does not verify identity or establish that every local legal requirement has been met.

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s details, interfere with site security or send unlawful or abusive material.

Purchases and payment availability

Merchant payment services and delivery services are not currently configured. A product listing, cart entry, newsletter registration or coupon does not confirm a paid purchase or promise dispatch. Do not send payment-card details or payments through Contact Us.

Before ordering, check the destination, product selection, quantity, total price, shipping charge and other purchase information displayed at checkout. If a required payment or delivery service is unavailable, a listing alone is not an offer of that service. Any purchase must use an available checkout process and remains subject to applicable consumer law.

A coupon is subject to the conditions shown with the offer and validation at checkout. It does not reserve stock or guarantee delivery or payment availability.

Accounts and submissions

Provide accurate information and keep account credentials private. Do not include sensitive health information or complete payment-card details in a message. Contact and newsletter submissions are saved in private website administration; confirmation of saving is not confirmation that an email was delivered.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including rights concerning faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods. We may update these terms for future use. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
